Youth Worker Training Program Overview
Duration: One full week of intense training followed by weekly pep talks and additional training sessions on Fridays.
Training Objectives:
Developing a personalized budgeting plan to achieve financial goals.
Equip youth workers with essential interpersonal skills.
Provide guidance on professional conduct and attire.
Educate on workplace harassment prevention.
Cultivate leadership skills for working with younger children.

Financial Literacy.
Introduction to interpersonal skills.
